Chemistry study program, Faculty Mathematics and Natural Sciences Universitas Negeri Gorontalo successfully held an Experts Talk by presenting two presenters from the Institute of Marine and Biotechnology (IMB) Universiti Malaysia Terengganu, Monday 6 September 2021.
This online activity is an implementation of LoI signed byFaculty Mathematics and Natural Sciences Universitas Negeri Gorontalo with IMB Universiti Malaysia Terengganu (UMT).
Two experts from IMB UMT were presented to convey the results of the research they had done.
The first speaker was Prof. Dr. Fadzilah Adibah Abdul Majid delivered material on the topic of Herbal Medicine: The Future from Past Wisdom. He mentioned a lot about the benefits of plants around us that can be used as medicine.
Meanwhile, Dr. Yosie Andriani as the second speaker discussed one of the coastal plants namely Nano Pandana which can be used as a drug to treat Hypercholesterolemia.[]
